Contact Blue Ridge Services — New Orleans, LA

Cost depends on the appliance type, part availability, and whether water damage is present. We give an upfront written quote before starting. Emergency calls (24/7) include dispatch and first‑site diagnosis at no extra charge. Parts not on hand are ordered and you’re notified of the expected arrival time — typically within 24‑48 hours for most common parts in French Quarter, Uptown, and Mid‑City homes. We never add surprise fees.

An emergency is when an appliance failure risks property damage — such as a refrigerator leaking water into cabinets during a humid day, a washer flooding the laundry room, or a dryer causing heat buildup in a tight historic unit. If there’s active water flow or immediate mold risk, we prioritize it. Otherwise, routine repairs are scheduled within our normal one‑ to two‑hour window.

Yes. Our technicians cover all New Orleans neighborhoods including French Quarter, Bywater, Marigny, Uptown, Mid‑City, Lakeview, Gentilly, Algiers, and Treme. Access varies: French Quarter units often have narrow stairwells and limited elevator access, so we plan entry carefully. In Bywater and Algiers, street‑level entrances are typical. We adjust timing for traffic around Jackson Square or near the Superdome during events.
